Components and Description |

Metal Structure: All the
fabricated components of the metal structure are manufactured
on specialized jigs to ensure accuracy, precision and
interchangeability. All weld joints are stress relieved
in a state-of-the-art plant. All components undergoing
strain are heat treated. A strict quality control and
check is done at each stage right from selection of steel/metal
at metallurgical level to final finishing at heat treatment
or painting and polishing |

Hoisting Mechanism: It
provides three different speeds to meet the load-lifting
requirement, Electromagnetic clutches are employed to
provide three-transmission ratio. Fall of the lifting
hook block is optional, with choice of high load slow
speed or vise versa. The order to start and brake rapidly
and smoothly, an eddy brake is applied with the motor. |

Electric system: The electric
system adopts the advanced linkage console installed in
the cabin which is divided in to left and right parts
with a joystick in each. The left console controls the
slewing and trolleying actions: the right console controls
the hoisting and traveling actions. It is operator friendly
and the most convenient of any other traditional crane |
